Why can't I find the video that I'm looking for?
Most productions become available through our shopping
cart within a few days of the event, and some are posted beforehand for
preordering. However, some videos may not be available for privacy purposes or
per agreement with another organization or party. Older productions (before
2005) must be ordered by special request. Please use the contact form on our
website to inquire about any video.

What formats are videos available in?
Most current productions are available in DVD only, though iPod or online downloadable versions are available for some events. VHS
copies can be ordered for an additional fee by special request, as we no longer
make VHS master copies of events.

How long will it take for my video to be shipped?
Each video description notes when that production is
available for shipping. If you preorder a video, please check back after the
event to see when the video is estimated to be completed. If the video you order
is available for shipping, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Delivery time
is based on the shipping method that you select.

Can we make copies of DVDs for friends or family using our home equipment?
No. Copying protected material is illegal, and
punishable by law. We also include copy protection codes on our DVDs to prevent
them from being duplicated. However, we often times give quantity discounts for
buying 2 or more DVDs together. Please feel free to submit a request from our
contact page to inquire about discounts for larger quantities.

May I broadcast your productions on our local public access channel?
To broadcast any of our sporting or theatrical
productions on your cable access station, you must contact us to receive express
written consent. We reserve the right to superimpose our logo and website at the
bottom of the content, and to delay the broadcast for a sufficient amount of
time after the event so that it does not discourage participants from purchasing
a copy. Top
Why won't my DVD play on my DVD player?
The DVD technology used to produce authored DVDs is very
different in nature from that used to mass produce DVD movies from Hollywood.
Just as recordable CDs would not play in primitive CD players, DVD-R media will
not play in most DVD players that are older than 3-5 years. Today’s DVD players
are very inexpensive and will accommodate all types of media. Our DVDs are
compatible with almost all DVD players on the market, so we suggest trying the
disc in a different unit before assuming that it’s damaged. If you still cannot
play the disc, we would be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days.
