Return Policy
You
may return a damaged or defective DVD within 30 days of receiving it
for a full refund or exchange.
If your credit card has already been charged, you will receive a refund
check in the mail at the same address the video was sent to unless
otherwise specified.
If you receive the wrong video, please
contact sales@fwfilms.com within 15 days to arrange an exchange.
Due to the vulnerability of digital content, all other sales are final.
